LINCOLN TUNNEL CHALLENGE 5K

You can still register on Sunday at the on-site registration tent. Registration/Check-In opens at 6:00 a.m.
There are two different race start times: the first race start is at 8:00 a.m., for all runners who can complete a 5k in less than 30 minutes, and the second race start is at 8:45 a.m., for all runners/walkers who will complete race in more than 30 minutes.
Each participant will receive a disposable timing chip with their race number unless they are a WALKER. Any walker needing a timing chip to register an official time for USATF Grand Prix results must select the appropriate registration box.
There are three different team divisions - Male, Female and Coed. This is not a Grand Prix team competition. A coed team consists of a minimum of 3 people, with at least 1 being female.

The Lincoln Tunnel Challenge 5K is an individual Grand Prix 500 point race.
